Lay off the Frappuccino

Spending five bucks a day at Starbucks and other high-end, high-carb, high-cost coffee shops. Just say no! Addicted to coffee and need it to get going everyday? Get one of those coffee machines with an automatic timer for your home, set it up the night before and when you get up - you're coffee is good to go! Costco sells "knock-off" Starbucks coffee that is as good as the real thing. You'll save in time, gas, and $$ everyday. Plus, you control the amount of sugar or other sweetner you put in your cup and your body! Every now and then is ok, but when it's a daily habit - you pay - in more ways than one. As for me, I'm a Diet Coke addict...I HAVE to have one every morning. We can NOT be out of Diet Coke, ever. I take one with me to work and pack another for lunch....which is another story, for another day...
